About our Company

In-House Machining & Fabrication

Our in-house machining and fabrication capabilities set us apart. By handling critical components internally, we ensure the highest level of precision, quality, and efficiency for every project.

  • Custom Fabrication – We design and build specialized components tailored to aviation infrastructure needs, reducing lead times and ensuring perfect fit and function.
  • Grounding Solutions – We manufacture ground plates, including multi-point, single-point, and main grounding plates, ensuring optimal electrical grounding for FAA infrastructure.
  • Surge Protection Bulkheads for PolyPhaser – We fabricate surge protection bulkheads specifically designed for PolyPhaser installations, providing critical shielding and protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and transient voltage surges in aviation systems.

Keeping Projects on Track

We understand that timing is critical in aviation infrastructure. Our team operates with a well-planned, disciplined approach to ensure projects stay on schedule without compromising safety or quality.

  • Strategic Scheduling – We optimize work phases to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adaptive Execution – Our expertise allows us to adjust in real-time to unforeseen conditions while keeping progress on track.
  • Commitment to Deadlines – Whether it’s a short-term installation or a complex refurbishment, we deliver with precision and speed.

By planning carefully and executing efficiently, we meet milestones while keeping airfield operations running.

Quality

Quality isn’t just a standard—it’s our foundation. With over 30 years of experience in aviation infrastructure, we ensure every project meets the highest industry standards for durability, safety, and performance.

  • Precision Craftsmanship – Our skilled team executes every project with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless results.
  • Compliance & Standards – We adhere to FAA regulations and industry best practices, guaranteeing reliability in every installation.
  • Durable Solutions – From foundations to control systems, we build with longevity in mind, minimizing future maintenance needs.

Quality for us means doing it right, meeting the requirements, and delivering dependable results the FAA can rely on.

Environmental Responsibility

Our work often takes place in active airport environments where cleanliness, containment, and compliance are critical. We follow site environmental requirements and coordinate with FAA and airport procedures to protect surrounding areas while keeping operations running..

  • Waste Reduction & Recycling – We actively implement recycling programs and responsible disposal methods to limit landfill contributions.
  • Spill Prevention and Housekeeping  We maintain clean work areas and use appropriate containment practices for fuels, oils, and other jobsite materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance – We strictly adhere to FAA, EPA, and local environmental regulations, ensuring all projects meet or exceed required sustainability standards.

Our focus is straightforward: follow the requirements, maintain strong housekeeping and containment, and complete the work with minimal impact to the facility and surrounding areas
